Okay... Never never stick a pin in the back of the wireless router specifically the reset button, to see if will fix connection. I have been unable to catch you up with my shenanigans (sp) at the store and share pictures from the "Kitchen Show". However, I just spent 45 minutes with tech support and all is good but I am too tired. So, I promise I will catch you up later this weekend.
I recently went through that with my wireless router (AT&T), time with tech support, a couple of trips back to the store and another $100 later, I finally got a router that actually WORKED. Whew!! I'm so glad that's behind me now. Hang in there! :D
